Prior to being named the first Chief Impact Officer for the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx of the NBA and WNBA, Tru Pettigrew served as the organizations’ Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and Vice President of Player Programs and Diversity and Inclusion.
Currently, Mr. Pettigrew serves as the Founder & Chief Bridge Builder of his consultancy, Tru Access, where he helps organizations build bridges of trust and understanding across areas including racial, gender, and generational divides.
