Jack Goldsmith teaches and writes about national security law, presidential power, international law, federal courts, and internet law.
Before Harvard, Mr. Goldsmith served as Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legal Counsel from 2003-2004, and Special Counsel to the Department of Defense from 2002-2003. University of Minnesota Professors Larry Jacobs and Alan Rozenshtein will moderate a conversation about the growth of the imperial presidency.
