About Mark Tercek
Mark Tercek is president and CEO of The Nature Conservancy, the world’s leading conservation organization committed to a science-based approach to conserving critical lands, restoring the world’s oceans, securing fresh water, and reducing the impact of climate change. Before he joined The Nature Conservancy, he was a managing director at Goldman Sachs, heading the firm’s Environmental Strategy Group and Center for Environmental Markets. A graduate of Williams College, he holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
