About Daniel Schorr

Daniel Schorr is one of America’s most honored print and broadcast journalists. After a half-century of national and international reporting, he is currently the senior news analyst for National Public Radio. He began his career as a foreign correspondent in Western Europe after World War II. In 1955, he opened the CBS bureau in Moscow and later served as CBS bureau chief in Germany and Eastern Europe.
