About Frederic Luskin
Frederic Luskin, Ph.D., is the director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Project, a senior consultant at the Stanford Health Promotion Project, and a professor at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. He also serves as the co-chair of the Garden of Forgiveness Project at Ground Zero in Manhattan. He is the author of the books Forgive for Good, Forgive for Love, and Stress-Free for Good. His extensive research on forgiveness therapy has demonstrated the power of forgiveness to affect physical and emotional change in individuals and organizations.
