About Rachel Simmons
Rachel Simmons is a pioneer in exploring the phenomenon of aggression in the lives of adolescent girls. She is co-founder of the Girls Leadership Institute and a consultant to schools around the country where her writings and workshops on bullying and harassment have empowered both young women and men to develop healthier relationships. A graduate of Vassar College, she is the author of Odd Girl Out: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls and The Curse of the Good Girl: Raising Authentic Girls with Courage and Confidence.
