About David Eisenhower
David Eisenhower, who is the grandson of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, is the Director of the Institute for Public Service at the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. A graduate of Amherst College, he holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. He is the author of the award-winning book Eisenhower at War: 1943 – 1945, which was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in history in 1986. His new book, Going Home to Glory: A Memoir of Life with Dwight D. Eisenhower, is an account of his grandfather’s public and personal life after the presidency.
