About Julie Nixon Eisenhower

Julie Nixon Eisenhower is the daughter of President Richard Nixon and granddaughter-in-law of President Dwight Eisenhower. As such, she is in a unique position to speculate on what it will take to elect a woman as president. During her father’s administration, she traveled extensively, representing the White House on children’s issues, the environment, and the elderly. She worked as assistant managing editor of the Saturday Evening Post, and she is the author of three books, including the bestseller Pat Nixon: The Untold Story. She serves on the board of directors for the Nixon Presidential Library and Jobs for America’s Graduates, and she is a trustee for the Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
